1. Service Overview
AINK Intelligent Enterprise Management System (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is operated and provided by Dalian AINK Smart Control Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Service.
2. Subscription Plans
The Service offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Trial: 14-day free trial upon registration, up to 3 users, no payment method required
- Professional: ¥598/month or ¥5,998/year (approximately 20% annual discount), up to 10 users, includes all modules and AI features
- Plus: Custom plan, unlimited users, on-premises deployment available
3. Subscription & Payment
AINK supports the following payment methods:
- Alipay: Subscribe or top up tokens via Alipay (personal or enterprise account), supporting both web and mobile web payment.
- Payment entry: Users top up and manage subscriptions at www.ainaike.com management console. The iOS app displays balance and provides a link to the web checkout; it does not accept payment in-app.
- Payment flow: Select plan → redirect to Alipay → Alipay async notifies AINK server → subscription activated.
- Receipts & Invoices: Orders are recorded automatically. Personal payers may request a personal electronic VAT general invoice; enterprise payers may request a VAT special invoice (with company name and tax ID).
4. Trial Period
New users are entitled to a 14-day free trial period. No payment method is required during the trial. After the trial ends, if a paid plan is not purchased, the account is suspended and your business data is retained for 90 days for you to resume subscription at any time. After 90 days without renewal, account data will be cleared per the Data Retention rules.
5. Refund Policy
The Service operates on a prepaid subscription model. To request a refund, please contact us via:
- How to apply: Email support@ainaike.com with your order number, payer information, and the reason for the refund.
- Response time: Customer support will respond within 5 business days.
- 7-day no-questions refund: Within 7 days after auto-renewal charge (including the first auto-renewal), if you have not used the service in that billing period, you may request a full refund.
- Pro-rata refund: Beyond 7 days but within the subscription period, unused months are refunded pro-rata.
- Service outage refund: For major AINK system outages (continuous downtime exceeding 24 hours) that render the service unavailable, you may request a pro-rata or full refund. The determination is based on mutual agreement or our SLA monitoring records.
- Non-refundable: If we terminate your service for breach of these Terms; or if you abuse the refund mechanism (more than 2 refunds from the same account within 12 months).
- Refund method: Refunded to the original Alipay account; processing typically takes 1-7 business days, subject to Alipay.
- Upon successful refund, the corresponding subscription benefits will be revoked.
6. Data & Security
We employ a multi-tenant data isolation architecture to ensure your data is securely separated. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption, and key sensitive fields use AES-256-GCM field-level encryption at rest. For detailed information about data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Changes
- Service content: We reserve the right to modify, add, or deprecate non-core features. Significant changes (those that affect your normal use of core ERP features) will be notified 30 days in advance via in-app message, email, or website announcement.
- Pricing: Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance and will not affect currently active subscriptions. You may choose not to renew at the end of the current subscription period before the new price takes effect.
- Terms changes: Significant changes to these Terms will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate service and request a pro-rata refund.
8. Account Management
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and password. If you discover any unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the People's Republic of China:
- The Service is provided "as is", though we commit to operate and maintain it with professional care.
- We are not liable for losses caused by: your own actions (password leak, misuse, self-deletion of data); force majeure (natural disasters, war, government actions); your use of third-party services (Alipay, Alibaba Cloud, APNs, etc.) producing indirect losses.
- For direct economic losses caused by AINK's gross negligence (e.g., material breach of this agreement, failure to fulfill basic security obligations), we assume liability in accordance with PRC law, with the total liability for any single event capped at the subscription fees you actually paid in the preceding 12 months.
- This clause does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, including but not limited to personal injury caused by intent or gross negligence, or violations of mandatory provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Personal Information Protection Law.
