Yes. The mobile app is built with an offline-first architecture. You can keep working without a connection, and data syncs automatically when you're back online. This is a true native app, not a web wrapper, so performance and reliability far exceed browser-based solutions. Face ID quick login is also supported.

Absolutely not. AINK uses bank-grade encryption and strict tenant data isolation. Every company's data is completely independent — cross-tenant access is architecturally impossible. Data is automatically backed up to the cloud daily. If you prefer even more control, we also support private deployment on your own servers.

They're real and running in production. AINK integrates AI large language models across three practical scenarios: the AI voucher pipeline automatically generates accounting vouchers from business documents (smart bookkeeping); AI procurement suggestions recommend suppliers and quantities when stock runs low; and the Neural Center AI resolves production scheduling conflicts in real time (smart scheduling). The iOS native app provides the best experience, with full support for offline mode, photo recognition, and all features. Android users and desktop users can access the management portal through any web browser, with full access to core business functions. A native Android app is currently in development and will be available soon.
